why wpw?

The Women Physicians Wellness Conference brings the nation's top women speakers on leadership, career development, and self-care to Aruba share their stories and strategies on building and sustaining wellness as you advance in your medical career—all while obtaining AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits.

But we go a step further.

We actually build wellness into the conference too.

wellness in practice

We don't just want you to learn the data behind wellness in medicine, we want you to apply those strategies while you're here so we've incorporated wellness into the conference itself:

*A relaxing, tropical location to unplug and recharge while you learn.

*Half-day sessions to allow you to reflect on what you learn and make a plan to apply those strategies.

*Activities like mind-body workouts, time for personal reflection, and table discussions built into each session.

what people are saying…

Best conference I have been to EVER! Enjoyed every lecture/speaker. Learned something applicable at each lecture to help make my busy life better. The perfect venue to get away and be relaxed. Learned ways to improve life and now feel empowered to make some changes in my practice that will help me and actually make me a better provider.
Every detail was accounted for, so it was a stress-free conference and we could all attend and focus on the engaging speakers!
This is the one revitalizing conference I attend! I would say that last year it literally saved my life!
I’ve never left a conference feeling so empowered and inspired. I also have gained new tools to put that empowerment and inspiration to work in order to live the life I want.
Honestly? Everything was done well-so professional yet friendly, welcoming, inviting conference. Top notch speakers, amazing attendees, so much attention to detail. My body and brain felt pampered the entire time!
